Eventide Audio is celebrating its 50th anniversary with the introduction of the Eventide Clockworks Bundle, bringing DAW users a virtual rack full of the effects processors that propelled Eventide to success. Each of the eight processors in the Windows and Mac OS X bundle represents a creativity-unleashing milestone in audio technology. Eventide have announced the latest addition to their compact pedal range, the MicroPitch Delay. The MicroPitch Delay algorithm has been a mainstay of audio production and musical performance since it was first introduced within the legendary H910 and H949 effects processors. Panel, a free editor/librarian, H9 Control, can be downloaded to your Mac, PC, or iOS device. Use the H9 Control app for live editing, creating and managing presets, and changing system settings. H9 even connects via Bluetooth to iPods, iPhones and iPads for wireless live control. The H9 Harmonizer now includes Eventide's new SpaceTime algorithm.

Description: Audio Damage AD044 Discord4 v4.1.1 is a stereo pitch shifter using three separate algorithms: 'vintage' mode (original Discord algorithm, modeled after the Eventide H910 and H949), 'pure' mode for more modern pitch shifting, and 'granular' mode for experimental effects. Each mode has its own advantages, depending on the input signal, as a result Discord 4 has a wide range of possibilities. The fourth version offers a new reverb processor, an improved granular processor, redesigned LFOs, a completely new resizable user interface, and more.
The pitch shifter contains three independent algorithms: 'old' mode (the original Discord algorithm, modeled on Eventide H910 and H949), 'pure' mode for more modern shifted sounds, and 'grainy' mode for experimental effects . Each mode has its advantages, depending on the input material, so Discord3 has multiple functions. The P1 and P2 algorithms can fully control the size of the buffer (window) of the shift effect to fine-tune the shift of the input signal, or to achieve stranger sound effects. At the limit of the six-octave range, this control may exhibit some really strange aliasing and artifacts.

At different points in the signal path, saturation and limits are used to get the old-fashioned warmth and allow extreme feedback experiments without worrying about overloading the DAW channel.
